Small Group

This event began in January 2008. It is a way to explore your own spiritual journey in a contemplative, person-oriented group format. No one is put on the spot to share or talk, yet everyone is welcome to do so. The meeting begins with a potluck dinner, and then follows with a group discussion on topics.

The topics are loosely defined, and can range from "When has life given you a flat tire?" to thoughts, ideas, quotes that participants bring to discuss. In response, Pastor Sam taps into his own spiritual journey and knowledge to bring further perspective to the discussion. Pastor Sam also identifies scripture passages that address the subject matter and bring deeper meaning and relief to the issues that we encounter in our life journeys.
