The Black Forest Community Church offers Hardesty Hall and Morast Hall for
rent to outside groups and organizations. In our continuing effort to preserve our buildings, its
furnishings, and grounds, we ask that all usage participants of these buildings
honor the policies and guidelines outlined in the building rental contract. You may
access this facility use contract
to understand our rental prices and policies, but please note that the church
office has the official facility use contract, which may or may
not be identical to the facility use contract shown on this website.
Building rentals must be contracted through the church office (495-2207). You must speak with the church secretary either via phone or in person to finalize the building rental reservation. Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of damage/security deposit and signed contract. We offer tables and chairs for your event, as well as a piano in both Hardesty Hall and Morast Hall. We do not have a sound system, except in the sanctuary. |
