Weddings

The Black Forest Community Church is blessed with a beautiful sanctuary, which has been preserved and maintained in a manner that honors its rich history. We make every effort to accommodate requests for weddings and gladly share our buildings with outside groups and organizations. In our continuing effort to preserve our buildings, its furnishings, and grounds, we ask that all usage participants of these buildings honor the policies and guidelines outlined in the wedding contract. You may access this wedding contract to understand our rental prices and policies, but please note that the church office has the official wedding contract, which may or may not be identical to the wedding contract shown on this website.

Weddings must be contracted through the church office (495-2207). You must speak with the church secretary either via phone or in person to finalize the wedding reservation. Our church's wedding coordinator will assist with rehearsal and ceremony as well as any additional requests or needs pertaining to BFCC and will explain and ensure compliance with all wedding policies and procedures. Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of damage/security deposit and signed contract.

The capacity of BFCC Sanctuary is limited to 160 guests and for purposes of comfort, safety, and compliance with fire codes, occupancy capacities are strictly enforced. Fire safety regulations prohibit use of extra chairs in the aisle.
